The first machines of the serial manufacturing
The two compressors 385-21-1 were successfully tested by REP-Holding, these machines are used for serial production in a set of gas-pumping unit (GPU) ÃÒÍÐ-16 for power of 16 MW. These compressors for natural gas are intended for gas compression and transportation along the gas-main pipeline «SRTO-Torzhok» on the compressor station “Sindor”, Limited Co. “Gasprom transgas Ykhta”.

JSC Nevsky Zavod - the national leader of power engineering
The “NZL” trade mark is internationally known and has long history and traditions.
Founded in 1857, “Nevskiy Ship-Building Mechanical Plant” has changed not once since then the line of its activities, maintaining in so doing its leader’s position. And now “Nevskiy zavod” is a leading enterprise of the power machine-building. In 2007, after “Nevskiy zavod” has been incorporated into the Holding, a full-scale reconstruction of the enterprise and renovation of capital assets began.
During more than 70 years Nevskiy zavod has been developing and manufacturing gas and steam turbines, centrifugal and axial compressors, blowers.
The Management of JSC Nevsky Zavod pays a special attention to needs and demands of the Customer. The enterprise structure integrates a service department performing all kinds of works for mounting, starting and adjustment and all-in servicing of compressors and turbines.
The advanced methods of design engineering being introduced at the enterprise provide a way for designing and manufacturing new up-to-date machines. The involvement of three-dimensional design allows to reduce the time of design & technological cycle and to increase the engineering quality. This is accomplished due to a higher quality study and harmonization of the engineering and designing solutions when developing the products, owing to the technological effectiveness of parts and assembly at the stage of electronic prototype creation, i.e. prior to manufacturing the article in metal.
Presently the quality assurance is one of the main indicators of the enterprise performance. It concerns not only the quality of the manufactured products but all the activities of the enterprise as well. The quality is the focus of NZL production thus satisfying the demands of the Customers and maintaining its good business standing as a leader of power engineering.
In 2007 the Works has changed its organizational legal form to Close Co. “Nevsky Zavod”, keeping in so doing its brand and trade mark “NZL”.
